The Swing Check

Send us your swing.

Upload one clip, answer a couple of quick questions, and you get an email back: two things that are working, one thing to focus on, and three lessons picked for you.

Tap to choose your clip, or drop it here One swing, about 15 seconds. A normal phone video is grand.

Free for members. Sending a swing takes a seat in the club: one letter a week, never more. Your video stays private and is deleted within 30 days.

How it works

  1. Film one swing

Fifteen seconds on your phone is plenty. The filming guide below shows the two angles that work.

  2. Upload it here

Drop the clip on the form above and answer a couple of quick questions. No logins, no email attachments to wrangle.

  3. Get your report

It lands in your inbox within a day or two: two things working, one thing to focus on, three lessons picked for you.

The filming guide

Four things, then swing away.

  • Prop the phone at waist height. Leaning against your golf bag does the job, no tripod required.
  • Pick an angle. Face-on (chest towards the camera) or down-the-line (camera behind your hands, looking at the target). Either is grand; both is better.
  • One full swing, full speed, in slow-motion if you can. Most phones have a slow-mo mode, and it makes the split-second of impact far clearer for us to read. A mid-iron if you're choosing, and keep it under fifteen seconds.
  • Daylight helps. We need to see the club at the top of your swing, not a silhouette.

The "what does the ball do?" question on the form matters more than you'd think. It's the one thing the video can't show us, and it's often what points to the fix.

What comes back

One email. One thing to work on.

Two things that are working, always first, then a single focus area in plain English, and three lessons matched to it, linked straight into the Practice Range. No jargon, no list of faults.

Film your swing again in four weeks and we'll tell you what's changed.
